Vegan Honey Mustard
A simple and classic sauce, VEGANIZED! It goes well on just about anything but especially VEGAN FRIED CHICK'N!
If you're lazy like me, you can buy some on Etsy as well, there's a few vendors that sell them, just search for Vegan Honey!
But you can also just totally use maple syrup or agave to replace the honey. I've done it with Vegan Honey, Maple Syrup and Agave and they are always good. You can also add some Chinese Hot Mustard to give it a kick!
Naturally this is good with Vegan Fried Chick'n, but I've used it on Deli Sandwiches, Breakfast Sandwiches, Fries, or even just dippin some veggies in 'em! It works, I swear it!
Ideally you can make this and let it hang out in the fridge for at least 30 mins, but no worries if not, it will still be really good!

Makes about 3/4 cup
1/2 cup vegan mayo
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
2 Tbsp yellow mustard
2 Tbsp vegan honey (or agave, maple syrup)
Juice of half a lemon
1 tsp Chinese Hot Mustard (optional for heat)
Whisk all ingredients until well combined. Store in fridge for 30 minutes (you can eat it right away but it'll be a little better if the flavors have time to hang out).
Serve with Vegan Fried Chick'n, on a Deli Sandwich, dip some veggies in it, or use it on whatever your heart desires!
