Vegan Buffalo Chick'n Dip

Vegan Buffalo Chick'n Dip in a Bread Bowl! It's easy, it's delicious and it's a bonafide crowd pleaser! Case Closed!
Before going vegan, I made a non-vegan version of this and brought it to a Super Bowl Party and people loved it. This is the first time I've made it since going vegan and Good Golly Miss Molly I do declare that the vegan one is better. Perhaps I'm biased, or perhaps it's objective truth. The only way to find out is for you to make it yourself!
It's quite easy in fact. All you need is a few ingredients such as vegan sour cream, cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, Buffalo Sauce (obviously), some Bleu Cheese or Ranch, and last but not least you need the Chick'n! I used the fantastic grilled Chik'n Strips by Alpha Foods. They are as easy to prepare as they are delicious!
For serving, you can do as I did and hollow out a sourdough loaf to create a bread bowl. You really can't go wrong with this presentation, it looks cool, and best of all you can eat the bowl after all the dip is gone! Of course you could bake this in a inedible bowl if you want, but I'll leave that up to you!
Either way, once it's done serve it up with some crackers, carrots, celery and give it a drizzle of Buffalo Sauce and Bleu Cheese while you're at it! HECK YEAH!

1 package Alpha Foods Chik'n Strips
8 oz vegan cheese shreds
8 oz vegan cream cheese
1 cup Frank's Buffalo Sauce
1/2 cup vegan sour cream
1/2 cup vegan bleu cheese dressing
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
2 green onions (diced)
1 loaf of sourdough bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add a bit of oil to a pan over medium heat and add the Alpha Chik'n Strips. Cook until well browned.
Chop up the chik'n strips into small pieces. A good dice will do!
Cut the top off your sourdough loaf of bread and then hollow out the loaf with your hands. You can save the bread for croutons, or just snack on it yourself! Do what you like!
Combine all ingredients for the dip in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Taste for seasoning and then add to your bread bowl.
Place the dip stuffed bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Once it has cooked, top it with some more buffalo sauce and bleu cheese.
